		<description>This is so true. Achieving a balance when using technical terms is not easy but if you at least attempt to, then it will certainly stop you looking so arrogant. Always using acronyms and abbreviations is one of my pet hates about business men &amp; women who are trying to look good. I know that in many work situations you just get in to the habit of using shortenings but it is important to at least try and explain yourself when speaking with people outwith your &#039;working&#039; circle.</description>
